Who we are

Tramaora is a small studio that makes videos for its own YouTube channels and uses its own software, "Tramaora Engine". The software runs on the owner's computer. It has no outside users: whoever authorizes access to a channel is always that channel's owner.

What we read from YouTube and why

Tramaora Engine uses YouTube API Services in two ways.

We never act on other people's accounts. We do not publish, comment or like anything without the owner's explicit approval. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's computer. We do not sell data and do not share it with anyone, except the services listed below.

How long we keep it

Data read from YouTube with the API key (numbers, titles, descriptions, channel names, thumbnails, identifiers) is deleted within 30 days of being read. Analytics of the owner's channels are kept for 30 days at most. The OAuth token stays encrypted on the owner's computer until the owner deletes the channel's link.

Third-party services

Tramaora Engine uses YouTube API Services. By using the software you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; data handled through Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Otherwise the software relies on technical providers (database, artificial intelligence services to write and illustrate videos) that receive only what they need to do their job.

How to revoke access

The owner can remove Tramaora Engine's access to their Google account at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After revocation the software can no longer read or upload anything on that channel, and the token stops working immediately; the token file is then deleted by the owner when the channel is unlinked.
